Both the ceremony and reception spaces at Bogey Hills are unique, yet classic. Because our reception spaces double as dining rooms, they offer guests a sense of elegance and tradition with windows overlooking the golf course, wooden chairs with beautiful cloth seats, and columns throughout that give the space character. There are many picturesque spots around Bogey Hills for your photographer to take advantage of, from the stunning staircase in the lobby to the expansive landscapes that our golf course offers.

What’s Included: If you choose not to go with a wedding package, then, parking, dance floor, linen (napkin and cloth) color choice, assorted centerpiece options (mirrors, vases, candles), cake cutting and cake service to tables, set up, clean up, as well as coffee, iced tea, and water service to tables is included with the food and beverage purchase.

Parking Options: We have a parking lot in front of the building as well as across the street.

Ceremony Only Area: The outdoor space is under a covered Pavilion on the golf course overlooking a lake and our new waterfall. Our indoor ceremony venue is our spacious dance floor in front of a beautiful stone fireplace, which can be lit to create the perfect romantic feel for an intimate Ceremony.

Outside Area: In addition to our gorgeous outdoor pavilion for ceremonies we also have a deck attached to the main dining room. The deck is covered and carpeted with a view overlooking the golf course, waterfall, and lake.

Bridal Prep Area: We have a bridal suite with mirrors, a dress rack, as well as tables and chairs for the bridal party to relax in private while getting ready for the ceremony. The men have a separate changing area in a different part of the club with their own bathrooms and own entrance so there is no need to worry about the bride and groom ever seeing each other before they’re ready to do so. The men’s area also has tables and chairs.

Pet Policy: Pets are more than welcome to accompany the bride and groom down the aisle as a ring bearer or flower girl. However, we request that they are then brought home after the ceremony is over and all pictures they may be needed for have taken place.

Rehearsal Policy: The rehearsal time is coordinated at an agreed upon time between the couple and the coordinator that will work for both parties. There are no restrictions on days or times for the rehearsal. The event coordinator organizes and leads the rehearsal.

Which rooms are available & what is the price? Bogey Room, Fairway Room, Garden Room, Country Club Room. There is no rental fee for any of our rooms. All you pay for is food, beverage, and ceremony. All room dimensions are approximate as each room is not a perfect rectangle.

Bogey Room

Rental Price: None.

Maximum Number/Minimum Number of Guests: No minimum, maximum 72.

Room Dimensions: 36ft by 30ft.

Describe Space: One wall looks out to the waterfall and has an expansive view of the golf course and the opposite is made from stained glass. There are beautiful wooden chairs with arm rests and chandeliers line the ceiling. This room is carpeted.

Fairway Room

Rental Price: None.

Maximum Number/Minimum Number of Guests: Minimum 30/maximum 180.

Ceiling Height: 9ft.

Chandelier(s): Yes, black iron with frosted glass and gold fixtures.

Room Dimensions: 45ft by 78ft.

Describe Space: The back of this room overlooks the golf course, pavilion, and waterfall. The front has a perfect view of the dance floor through large window- like panels. There are wooden chairs with gold cloth seats. This is our main dining room area. The other rooms border the Fairway Room, and through the use of removable wall panels, enable us to support larger weddings. The deck is accessible through this room where guests can smoke or enjoy the fresh air and breath-taking view. This room is carpeted and has chandeliers on the ceiling.

Garden Room

Room Dimensions: 30ft by 24ft.

Describe Space: While this room is a bit more casual it overlooks the deck and the 18th green. There are window- like panel openings that allow guests to see into the main dining room. The front of this room also looks out onto the dance floor, allowing guests to see all of the events of your reception. This room contains wooden chairs with gold cloth seats as well as a carpeted floor and chandeliers along the ceiling.

Country Club Room

Rental Price: None.

Maximum Number/Minimum Number of Guests: No minimum/ 50 maximum.

Ceiling Height: 9ft.

Room Dimensions: 42ft by 27ft (does not include in- room bar measurements).

Describe Space: This room connects to the dance floor and is easily seen from the Fairway Room and Garden Room. The Country Club Room houses our main wedding bar, a full- sized wet bar that accommodates 2-3 bartenders who are ready to make your favorite drinks. This room is completely carpeted with chandeliers on the ceiling and wooden chairs with maroon cloth seats.

Ceremony Spaces:

Dance Floor (indoor ceremony space)

Rental Price: ranges from $500 to $1500 depending on month and day of week; rental includes ceremony chairs.

Maximum Number/Minimum Number of Guests: No minimum/ 350 maximum.

Room Dimensions: 48ft by 30ft.

Describe Space: The dance floor has real hardwood floors. There is a working stone fireplace which is typically the backdrop for indoor ceremonies. On one side is the opening to the Country Club Room which can be left open or closed with the sliding wooden doors along the length of the room. The opposite side is open with columns approximately every 8 feet and opens to the hallway with optional couches and chairs.

Pavilion (outdoor ceremony space)

Rental Price: ranges from $1,000 to $2,5000 depending on month and day of week; rental includes ceremony chairs.

Room Dimensions: 57ft by 27ft.

Describe Space: This all-wood pavilion overlooks the golf course, lake, and waterfall. There are fans and lights on the ceiling and speakers throughout the whole ceiling that can be used with our wireless microphone, an ipod, or CD. The floor is a pale, pinkish concrete.

FOOD OPTIONS:

In House: We have options to do food and bar separately or to do a package which includes both as well as the extra items described above.

Price Range of Food Service Per/Person: The packages range in price from $56/ person to $68/ person. If you go with food separate from bar then the food ranges from $25-$36 a person.

Does that price include Basic Liquor Service? The first two packages include basic liquor service and the third package includes premium liquor service. If food and liquor are done separately, then basic liquor is a separate fee that ranges from $15-$28 per person.

What is the cost to upgrade to a premium bar service? Upgrading to premium liquor with the first two packages is $5 a person. Otherwise it is either included or chosen separately.

Is there a Food & Beverage Minimum: The minimum depends on the month and day of the week (ranges from no minimum to $12,000.00 depending on the above factors).

Do you have a Liquor License: Yes.

When is Food Tasting Scheduled: The food tasting is scheduled after the wedding contract has been signed at an agreed upon time between the bride and event coordinator, about 3-4 months out from the wedding date.


Outside Catering: We do not allow outside catering except for the wedding cake and/or desserts.
