Description: The Clubhouse offers a unique setting, conveniently located in Forest Park. Vaulted ceilings, wood beams, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and panoramic views of historic Forest Park.

Total Minimum & Maximum Number of Guests: Max is 250 for a seated dinner with dancefloor. 350 for cocktail only style. We do host smaller events on Friday and Sundays, in season. Off season, any size party welcome!
Is your venue Handicap Accessible? Yes Details: Ramp access to building, handicap accessible restrooms, and 8 handicap parking spaces in our lot.
Do you offer Audio Visual Capabilities? Very limited – yes. Details: we have a projection screen, microphone, CD player for music if needed (does not replace a DJ or live band who would provide their own equipment.)

If your venue is “all inclusive”, what’s included? Our packages are not all inclusive of tax and service however, they do include the bar, appetizers, dinner and the hotel suite at the Chase for the bride and groom.
Do you have a Ceremony Only Area? Not an option, we can do ceremony with the booked reception.
Do you have an outdoor area? Multiple outside patio areas. We have a covered veranda that runs the length of the building, a lower patio with a built in stone fireplace, the south patio with a built in bar.
Are there good photographic locations close by? Absolutely – anywhere in Forest Park or on the Golf Course.
Do you provide a Bridal Prep Area? Yes
Do you provide an area for Groom & Groomsmen? Not a private room for the men
What is your pet policy? Pets are allowed on the outside veranda or on the patio for ceremony, no pets inside unless service dog.
What is your Rehearsal Policy? Anytime that does not conflict with another wedding reception booked.

Our Culinary Staff can provide an array of options from the Ice Cream Sundae station to custom sliders. A candy station, popcorn bar, cordials cart for after dinner drinks and adult snow cones are just a few of our Bells and Whistles! Price ranges from $1.25-$8 per person
Our expert culinary staff takes pride in their ability to accommodate any dietary request or need. Our team members have years of experience in the field and work with the Wedding Couple & Family through the entire process. Clients come back to visit and hold other events with us, including their corporate holiday parties, anniversary parties, birthdays, other family members weddings. Word of mouth referrals fill our calendar! Most clients have played golf here or attended an event!
